About Jeff
Jeff is a lawyer at RxLaw with years of hands-on experience in healthcare. He earned his BSc in Physiology at McGill University and his PharmD at the University of Toronto, where he actively advocated for expanding the scope of pharmacy practice. Licensed as a pharmacist in 2018, he continues to contribute to the pharmacy profession today through his practice at RxLaw.
Driven by his commitment to supporting healthcare professionals, Jeff earned his LL.B. from Queen’s University Belfast and his LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the bar in 2025.
At RxLaw, Jeff defends regulated health professionals with a perspective rooted in shared experience. He understands the operational realities of a shift, staffing dynamics, and the clinical judgments his clients face. This perspective allows him to build grounded defences and strategies that embrace the nuances of practice his clients experience.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys windsurfing at Cherry Beach and restoring his collection of antique medium-format film cameras.
